How can I receive an invoice for my charging session?

If you pay for your session via the evpass app or with an evpass RFID card, the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address linked to your evpass account.

If you paid at the charging station using Scan, Pay & Charge (QR code), you can download the invoice directly from our portal. To do so, you will need the last 4 digits of the payment method you used and the date of your session.

Below, we explain how to retrieve your invoice based on your payment method:

Credit Card

Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card and the date of your session into our portal. Your invoice will then be displayed, ready for download.

Apple Pay

Apple uses for security purposes a virtual card number for transactions. To find this number, open the Apple Wallet app and select the card you used. Tap the three dots in the top right corner. Under “Card Number”, you will see the last 4 digits used for your Apple Pay transaction. Enter these digits along with the date of your session into our portal to download your invoice.

Google Pay

Google uses for security purposes a virtual card number for transactions. To find this number, open the Google Pay app, select the relevant card, and tap on the three dots in the top right corner (Details). Under “Virtual Account Number”, you will find the last 4 digits used for your Google Pay transaction. Enter these digits along with the date of your session into our portal to download your invoice.
